The Value of Spiritual Maturity

  • Spiritual Maturity/Worldly Wisdom: 1 Corinthians 2:6-9Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought:But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

These powerful verses will be the foundation that this entire blog is built upon and used to serve as the understanding of how I came to receive the information contained herein.  I will take the time to articulate myself quite clearly, as such articulation will assist in understanding what will be read from this point on.

  • Matthew 5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

Jesus Christ commanded that Kingdom Seekers are to strive to be perfect; thereby, attempting to reflect the perfection that is The Father in Heaven.  However, Paul states that the hidden wisdom of The Father that is being spoken is not known to those in the World who are considered perfect…why does there appear to be a disconnection in what is considered perfect?  Because the wisdom gained from spiritual maturity is far greater than the wisdom gained from life in the World.

  • 1 Corinthians 3:19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with [The Father]. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.
  • 1 Corinthians 1:25 Because the foolishness of [The Father] is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

The wisdom of the World is based on years and years of experiences in the World, and since the use of such wisdom appears to allow the user of it to gain access to Worldly gains, value is placed upon it.  However, Paul states that the wisdom of this World is foolishness to The Father and that the foolishness of The Father is wiser than men.

The reason for this apparent discrepancy is due to the value placed on Seeking First The Kingdom of God and the gains that come with it.  As was stated in the Introduction to The Master’s Degree, the World serves as the ideal place of contrast, from which to gather various people, moments, thoughts and understandings that help to determine what is liked and what isn’t.  As such, in its own way, the World is perfect, yet it is not the same type of perfection as The Father in Heaven is.  Whereas, Worldly wisdom is the sum total of numerous experiences over a vast amount of time and space, Spiritual Maturity is the result  of Seeking First The Kingdom of God.

Seeking First The Kingdom of God fulfills the requirement of the original intent of our purpose on Earth, as articulated in Genesis 1:26; thereby, resulting in exiting the repeating cycles of the World (and the need to gain wisdom to survive within them) and undergoing the spiritual adoption process of becoming a Son/Daughter of The Father in Heaven.  As the result, Man/The Adopted of The Father, is no longer considered a Child of God (a lower level of spiritual maturity), but has now reached the highest level of spiritual maturity, capable of ruling and reigning over The Kingdom of Heaven on Earth.

Therefore, while I will shine light on how it is that I was chosen by The Father in Heaven to be the First Adopted Son on Earth — and share information on the process, understanding of the process, and show how this process is found in the scriptures of the Holy Bible, as well as within nature and on Earth — the spiritual maturity level may appear as foolishness to the less spiritually mature.  Just as an adolescent child may frown up their face, turn their head or ask their parents to stop kissing, hugging or showing affection to one another in their presence — unaware that as they begin to reach physicial maturity they too will choose to express their internal feelings outwardly — the spiritually adolescent may view this information in a similar way.  However, to those who are on the verge of spiritual maturity, this information will spark an interest to gain a greater and deeper understanding of their and ALL of OUR purposes on Earth.  After all, it is The Father’s purpose to have MANY Son’s and Daughter’s; thereby, The Kingdom of Heaven will be populated with each of us reflecting our individual aspect of the overall greatness of The Father, resulting in a New Heaven and a New Earth.  And that is Perfect.
